Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Returns must be requested within 3–7 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: worn items, damaged items caused after delivery, or items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Sneakers that have been worn outdoors

Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition
Exchanges
We allow size exchanges depending on stock availability.
If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product. If the size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.
